Dr. Kim Abog is a registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Full-Spectrum Doula, and Integrative Reproductive Healthcare Provider based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree. She then received her naturopathic medical training and Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Kim has a special interest in fertility and reproductive health as she has personally struggled with disruptive menstrual and fertility issues related to having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Receiving comprehensive information and professional care as well as support from community inspired her to not only thrive but also advocate for other people. She now helps people get more confidence, clarity, and comfort with their bodies by facilitating realistic health management plans with them and connecting them to evidence-informed integrative health solutions. She is most passionate about helping people enjoy their best health and create the life they want.

Dr. Kim strongly believes in the role of the doctor to educate and provide patients with the right tools for better health. She is dedicated to helping people realize the incredible capacity of the body to heal especially when nurtured with: good nutrition, movement, ample medical (conventional and naturopathic) care, conscious health choices, and love and human connection.
