The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) is the national non-profit professional association representing naturopathic doctors and students in post-graduate naturopathic medical programs. The CAND advocates on behalf of the naturopathic profession federally and supports scientific research, as well as regulation of all healthcare professionals, to ensure public safety.
