Most women today will be spending at least one-third of our lives in menopause. When we eventually reach our 80s and 90s, having the capacity to live independently, to travel, to engage in physical and social activities, and to have financial predictability and freedom will be immensely essential. A well-supported menopausal transition and health maintenance routine in post-menopause is a predicament of good health and happiness well into old age.
