kenneth Groves, ND, HBSc

As a licensed and board certified Naturopathic Doctor, Kenneth offers a high level of integrative Naturopathic Medical Care that has an emphasis on isolating the root cause of disease. He facilitates his patients along their healing journey, while simultaneously educating and inspiring them to actively manage their own health.

Kenneth completed his Honors Bachelor of Science degree at Brock University, specializing in Biology and Health Sciences. Following that he completed the extensive 4-year ND program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During his last year at the college Kenneth worked as an intern at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, which is North America’s largest Naturopathic teaching clinic. As an intern, Kenneth was among a select few who were chosen to be on the Pediatric specialty shift, for his advanced excellence and experience in the area of Pediatrics.

Kenneth's treatment approach involves understanding the patient as an individual and figuring out the root cause of their concern. He utilizes various Naturopathic modalities (Clinical Nutrition, Botanical medicine, TCM, Acupuncture, Lifestyle counselling) in combination with Laboratory Testing to effectively design unique individualized treatment plans that are researched based and thorough. Motivating and inspiring his patients to achieve their health goals and being able to embrace the healing power of Nature is Kenneth's true passion.

Kenneth is currently pursuing his certification Intravenous Therapy and plans on offering the most advanced integrative medical treatments available to the patient’s of InspireHealth Niagara.

Kenneth was a former volunteer Firefighter for 4 years with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Fire Department. Through first hand experience he saw just how toxic the exposure can be to firefighters. This can potentially lead to severe health issues. Kenneth has thus developed a special interest in maintaing the health of firefighters and other environmentally toxic exposed individuals.

Away from clinical practice you can find Kenneth spending time with his wife Jennifer and their 3 amazing children Easton, Addilyn and Oaklynn. Kenneth loves spending time outdoors in Nature hiking, gardening, fishing and travelling with his family and experiencing various cultural traditions. He also enjoys working on cars, playing hockey and embracing all of the wondrous aspects life has to offer.
