Dr. Shah graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada. She then moved to Calgary, Alberta where she started her naturopathic practice. After 10 years of practicing in Alberta, she is now back in Toronto and ready to help kids, women, and families in Toronto and the GTA. Dr. Shah is a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta.

Prior to studying naturopathic medicine, she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition with distinction from the University of Guelph. She has always had a passion for nutrition and health and helping others achieve optimal health through natural treatment options whenever possible.

Dr. Shah is an advocate for inter-professional, collaborative healthcare and will work collaboratively with your family doctor to help you achieve your optimal health status.

Her primary focus is in pediatrics, prenatal/fertility support, hormonal health (PMS, menstrual irregularities, thyroid disorders, low libido, etc), stress management, autoimmunity and other immune-related disturbances, and, metabolic syndrome (diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol).
