I completed my undergraduate degree in biology at McMaster University. It was there that I first became interested in learning about complementary and alternative approaches to health care. This eventually led me to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where I graduated from the four-year doctor of naturopathic medicine program. The emphasis on both treating and preventing illness is one of many reasons why I am such a strong advocate of what I do. I have experience working with patients of all ages and with a variety of health concerns. If you are interested in naturopathic medicine or have questions about what naturopathic medicine can do for your health, do not hesitate to call the clinic to book a free 10-minute consultation. Our clinic focuses on all aspects of family medicine, including the management of both acute and chronic conditions. My practice has a particular focus in the areas of chronic pain management, anxiety and mental health, digestive health and IBS, and men's health issues including stress management, cardiology, diabetes and weight management, and sexual health concerns.
