My approach to health is one of compassion and understanding. Making changes for long-term health can be unsettling and challenging at first. When approached from a place of gentleness towards oneself it can be deeply rewarding and healing.
Any illness is a sign of a system that is out of alignment with itself. You know yourself and your body better than anyone else. What steps we explore to help you regain a healthy balance and vitality will depend on what you feel realistically capable of doing. Always with gentleness and an encouragement toward self-forgiveness along the way.

Wanting to learn more about the body’s innate ability to heal, she later continued her studies in Toronto at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she attended a four-year medical program in the science of natural healing.
Over the last 10 years, as co-owner of the Harmony Health Centre, Orna has been dedicated to helping her patients regain their vitality.
