Caralei's love of nature and passion for science drew her to Naturopathic Medicine. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after studying Biomedical Science and Nutrition at the University of Guelph, and earning her Master of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario. Her thesis was published in the scientific journals Anesthesiology and Brain Research.

Caralei enjoys teaching and empowering her patients how to significantly improve their health and lifestyle. She has a Family Practice with special focus on Children and Women’s Health, Fertility, Pre- and Postnatal care, Skin health, Detoxification and Cancer care. Caralei is also a registered Bowen practitioner, Naturopathic Doula, and Certified Intravenous (IV) Therapist.

In her spare time Caralei enjoys long distance running, learning Welsh, and spending time with her husband and daughters in the great outdoors, hiking and backcountry camping.
