Dr. Patrick Callas is an owner of Empower Health Clinic in East Vancouver, and the founder of Island Natural Health Naturopathic Clinic on Salt Spring Island.

He brings a compassionate, gentle heart and contagious sense of humour to his medical practice. He believes that preventative health and nutrition are the key to optimal health. His focuses include integrative cancer care, chronic pain relief, sports performance, thyroid health, family medicine, and mind-body medicine.

Dr. Callas received his naturopathic medical degree at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. Upon graduation in 2012 he received the Spirit of Boucher Award. Dr. Callas is licensed with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia and a member in good standing with the British Columbia Naturopathic Association.

He currently holds a prescriptive license, allowing him to prescribe pharmaceutical drugs when he deems it necessary. He is also licensed in the following advanced therapies: chelation, oxidative therapies (ozone and hydrogen peroxide), intravenous nutrient therapies and neural therapy. In 2016, Dr. Callas began his training in Medical Qi Gong.
