Dr. Alex Keller is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor who uses a functional approach to medicine, meaning he will work with you to determine the underlying cause of your health concerns. His goal is not simply to make you feel better today, but to educate and empower you with the knowledge you need to feel better tomorrow.


Alex maintains a general practice with a focus in gastroenterology and associated inflammatory conditions (GUT), rheumatism and musculoskeletal pain syndromes (PAIN), and sports medicine/nutrition (SPORT).


Aside from practicing naturopathic medicine and running long distances, Alex has a deep passion for sustainable, organic food production and accessible high-quality herbal medicine. As part of this passion, he owns and operates Vis Tree Farm, a permaculture produce and medicinal herb farm located 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa.
