“Knowledge is a very powerful thing when it comes to health, which is why I see myself as a teacher as well as a doctor. I think it is important to compassionately listen to patients and then help them build an individualized treatment plan that works for them. I want to understand the root cause of their health concerns and then treat them on this level using an evidence based medicine approach. Bringing the body back into balance allows it to heal itself naturally.”
Dr. Hunt graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a double major in Biology and Psychology. She then completed a four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. When not treating patients Dr. Hunt enjoys raising her baby girl, practicing yoga, and exploring all that nature has to offer.
