Rachel Vong, ND

Dr. Rachel Vong is a Naturopathic Doctor who completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She completed clinical internships at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and the Brampton Civic Hospital. She also completed a 3-month internship at the Sherbourne Health Centre working exclusively with HIV/AIDs patients. Prior to her medical training, she obtained an Honours Bachelors of Science in Health and Disease, Physiology, and Psychology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Vong has a strong clinical interest in brain and mental health, hormone imbalance, autoimmune disorders, digestive health, and pain management. She is additionally certified in FirstLine Therapy, a personalized lifestyle program focusing on prevention of chronic disease.

Dr. Vong is a strong believer that health is not just merely the absence of disease, but a state of optimal physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. She decided to become a Naturopathic Doctor because she has always felt compassion for those facing difficult health challenges day after day and is focused on resolving the underlying cause of disease while making long-lasting health changes. A large part of Dr. Vong’s practice involves educating and empowering people to take charge and be leaders of their own health. She looks forward to working with people from all walks of life, and hopes to support them achieve their health goals.

Dr. Vong is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (GastroANP).
