Position Description
Choice Nutrition Centres has been an established and successful multidisciplinary clinic for thirty years, with two locations in Saskatchewan. We are seeking a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor to fill a full-time position at our Saskatoon location. Choice Nutrition sees a regular flow of patients, and enjoys an established positive reputation with the local community. We would like to employ a motivated and enthusiastic clinician to help us maintain and build upon that reputation.
The position is a full-time opportunity that will begin immediately. This position is also open to new graduates.
Position Requirements
Requirements – Mandatory
Member in-good-standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)
Member in-good-standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP)
Active professional liability malpractice insurance and first aid training (CPR-Level C)
You must either have or be willing to take a board-approved ND training course related to Intravenous Therapy, Emergency Medicine, and Pharmacology to be able to draw blood samples and process them in an office setting and also perform IV Therapies and therapeutic phlebotomy
Requirements – Preferred but not Mandatory
Comprehensive initial assessment and treatment of patients within multi-disciplinary environment
Clear and concise goal planning and interest in continuing education
Strong leadership and a desire to learn, teach and grow within a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Health and wellness promotion through seminars to groups and organizations
