CAND Focus Group – First Session

The CAND is hosting a series of Focus Groups over the next few months to garner crucial feedback from members as we revisit, enhance, and increase our member benefit offerings. Our first session will focus exclusively on malpractice/liability and clinic insurance. We hope to recruit 20 NDs total to participate in two separate one-hour discussions (10 NDs/session).
We will discuss your insurance-related questions and examine any issues you’ve encountered with our current program. We will also discuss whether an appetite exists within our membership base for more educational offerings pertaining to insurance coverage (understanding common claims, regulatory requirements, etc.). These conversations will act as the foundation for improvements we aim to implement within the next year.
The sessions will be held on Tuesday, June 10th at 7pm EDT and Wednesday, June 18th at 8pm EDT. If you are interested in participating in this Focus Group, please email membership@cand.ca to indicate which session you are available to attend. Additionally, please include your province of residence, regulated jurisdiction (if applicable), and any questions or conversation topics you’d like to include in our group discussion. You will subsequently receive a Microsoft Teams meeting link prior to the scheduled date of the meeting.
